What This Is

A space to slow down.

A space to breathe, and remember who you actually are underneath the noise. We go deeper than the surface-level conversation that is everywhere right now.

We talk identity, alignment, and what it actually takes to live as your real self in a world that keeps pulling you away from it.

Come as you are. Leave more you than when you walked in.

What You Actually Get

Four things this room gives you.

Every call creates real movement, not just real inspiration.

01

A place to drop the mask

You do not have to be the leader, the performer, the one who has it all figured out. This is the room where you get to be the one who is still figuring it out. That alone is healing most people have never actually experienced.

02

Real conversation

Not another webinar. Not another pitch. Princeton shows up as himself and invites you to do the same. The depth of the conversation is determined by the people in the room. Bring your real questions. Bring your real self.

03

Identity is the work

Every gathering touches what is underneath the strategy. Who you have been performing as. What you have been avoiding. What is actually true right now. Surface-level does not exist in this room.

04

A consistent rhythm

Every other Friday. Same time. Same link. Something you can count on while you rebuild the version of you that can actually sustain what you are building. Consistency is how identity gets rewired.

Upcoming Sessions

Save Your Seat

Three fields. One door.

Drop your name and email. We will get you into the contact list and route you straight to the Zoom registration so you have the link forever.

You will be redirected to Zoom to confirm your registration. The same Zoom link works for every bi-weekly call.

How It Works

Three steps. That is it.

No hoops. No homework. No onboarding call. Just show up.

1

Register once

Click the Zoom link and register your name and email. This one registration works for every bi-weekly session. You will not have to register again.

2

Save the link

You will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link for every call. Save that email. Add the sessions to your calendar. Use that same link every other Friday.

3

Show up

When you can. There is no guilt if you miss one. There is no performance required when you attend. Drop in, breathe, be seen. That is the whole thing.

Is This For You

Know if this room is your room.

Be honest with yourself. It is free either way.

Come if you

  • Want real conversation, not another talking-head broadcast
  • Are in a season of reconnecting with who you actually are
  • Like doing internal work in community without being pitched to
  • Are a Seeker, Builder, or Leader and you know the identity work is the real work
  • Want to meet Princeton in a low-stakes room before deciding anything else
  • Are willing to sit in stillness with other people for 90 minutes
Most of what passes for growth is performance in a new costume. This room is for people ready to take the costume off for ninety minutes and remember what is underneath.

Questions

Before you register.

Yes. Completely free. Every session. No credit card. No upsell on the call. No catch. Princeton runs this gathering as a space to connect, not as a lead magnet. If you want to go deeper into paid work after experiencing it, you can. If you never do, you are still welcome every time.
No. Register once with Zoom. The confirmation email contains a Zoom link that works for every bi-weekly session going forward. Save that email. Add the calendar invites. You are set.
10am Arizona time. Arizona does not observe daylight saving, so depending on the time of year that is 10am Pacific in the summer or 11am Pacific in the winter. If you are on the East Coast, it is 1pm ET in the summer and 12pm ET in the winter. When you register on Zoom, the time will automatically convert to your local time zone.
Ninety minutes, give or take. Some sessions run longer if the conversation is alive. Some end on time. Princeton opens the space, frames something worth sitting with, and then the room leads itself. Come for what you can, leave when you need to.
It is strongly encouraged. This is a connection space, not a broadcast. You can keep your camera off if you need to, but you will get infinitely more out of it if you are visible. Being seen is part of the work.
No. This is intentional. The container depends on everyone in the room knowing they are in a room that is not being broadcast. It protects the depth of the conversation. If you cannot make it live, catch the next one.
Yes. Share this page or the Zoom registration link with anyone you think would benefit. This is not a secret. It is just a quiet room.
Mastery Cohort is free, bi-weekly, and open-ended. Master Reboot is a paid six-week container of intensive identity work that runs periodically. The Cohort is for ongoing connection. Master Reboot is for a specific season of deeper work. They complement each other, and many people use both. The next Master Reboot date will be announced on the Events page.
The Invitation

Your seat is already saved.

You do not need to be ready. You do not need to have the words. You just need to show up. The rest happens inside the room.
